There are a variety of tasks in which we will need volunteer assistance. Please take a look at our Committee Description page and review the opportunities. Upon registration, you will be asked to list your committee preferences and our team will do their best to assign accordingly.
The majority of volunteers will be needed Tuesday, July 3rd – Sunday, July 8th. Committees will specify if volunteers are needed on additional dates.
Depending on the committee on which you serve, the average shift is about 4-6 hours long. Some assignments may vary.
Although most volunteers choose to work more than the minimum, each volunteer is asked to work a minimum of 12 hours over the course of the week. In order to be eligible for a discounted round of golf at Thornberry Creek at Oneida, volunteers must work at least 18 hours over the course of the week.
No. We will ask you to list the days and times that you are available upon registration. However, we do ask for as much flexibility as possible. If your availability is very limited, it may restrict which committees we are able to assign you to.
Yes, there is a registration fee of $55 that covers the cost of the uniforms.
You will be provided with a volunteer uniform inclusive of a tournament branded shirt and hat. Volunteers are required to wear the uniform along with their own bottoms (colors/specifications TBD) on the days they are working.

Volunteer registration can be refunded until April 1, 2018. Refund requests after that date are unable to be processed.
Volunteers must be at least thirteen years of age.
Yes, the Volunteer Portal is a new link for 2018 and requires all volunteers to register. Your login credentials from last year will not work in the 2018 portal. However, once you have registered for 2018, you can use those new credentials to log in and check the status of your committee, schedule, etc.
