Volunteer FAQs

There are a variety of tasks in which we will need volunteer assistance. Please take a look at our Committee Description page and review the opportunities. Upon registration, you will be asked to list your committee preferences and our team will do their best to assign accordingly.

The majority of volunteers will be needed Tuesday, July 3rd – Sunday, July 8th. Committees will specify if volunteers are needed on additional dates.

Depending on the committee on which you serve, the average shift is about 4-6 hours long. Some assignments may vary.

No. We will ask you to list the days and times that you are available upon registration. However, we do ask for as much flexibility as possible. If your availability is very limited, it may restrict which committees we are able to assign you to.

Yes, there is a registration fee of $75 that covers the cost of the uniforms.

You will be provided with a volunteer uniform inclusive of a tournament branded shirt and hat. Volunteers are required to wear the uniform along with their own bottoms (colors/specifications TBD) on the days they are working.

Information regarding volunteer registration for the 2018 event will be available on our website shortly, please check back for updates.

Volunteer registration can be refunded until April 3, 2017. Refund requests after that date cannot be granted.

Volunteers must be at least thirteen years of age.
